Kelly loves to work hard and play hard, but in 2015, she committed to changing her lifestyle. She started tracking her food, properly fueling her body, and breaking the cycle of bad habits. Along her journey, she rode at CycleBar for the first time and was hooked after the very first class. As an instructor, Kelly hopes to inspire you along your journey by working hard, meeting your goals, and making a community of friends.
